Who we are

Hand of God Ministries Inc.’s social programs aim to:

  • Increase self sufficiency
  • Provide access to available health services
  • Provide food, clothing, housing to the poor and destitute
  • Empower them through education
  • Share with them the message of hope and the good news of the Gospel.
  • We show special interest in children

    Health fair

HGM recently held its first free community health fair "A Health awareness" and attracted quite a few people. Sponsored by Humana, Inc, the event, held at the Philchol Williams Community Center, drew more than 100 people. Participant took part in free health Seminars, blood pressure screening, blood glucose screening, and Children’s activities. The purpose is to renew the sense of urgency and sharpen awareness about common health issues in the communities.

    Toy drive and gift distribution

On this day gifts were delivered to children of the Florida City Shelter, the trailer Park in Homestead, The Goulds area, and Little Haiti. With the help of eight child volunteers ranging from the age of 8 to 13, we were able to go from door to door and handed out presents. On this day the life of these children were brighten and only the smiles on their little faces can tell how much of a difference was made.

Serving the underserved "For I was hungry and you gave me food I was thirsty you gave me drink…"
